Choose DPA when the floor is concrete, the goal is to recover appearance, reduce dust, improve cleaning, and avoid a coating layer that can detach.
Choose industrial epoxy floors when the project needs a coating system with mechanical resistance, chemical resistance, safety marking, color, or controlled finish.
Choose urethane cement when the area has humidity, intensive cleaning, thermal shock, sanitary requirements, cold rooms, food and beverage operations, or harsh operating conditions.
Choose joint maintenance or repair when the main symptoms are damaged joints, forklift vibration, wheel impact, water ingress, cracks spreading from joints, or progressive concrete edge deterioration.
Do not promise a system without technical evaluation. Explain the likely route and recommend a technical inspection or project review by Certus Co.
